As a Senior Product Designer at TeamSnap, I’ve led design initiatives impacting 23 million monthly active users, driving user satisfaction and engagement across iOS, Android, and Web. I’ve streamlined navigation, improved push notifications, and enhanced chat functionality while spearheading features like self-service account deletion and innovative user invitations.

By combining customer insights, testing, and data-driven experimentation, I’ve informed product decisions and boosted conversion rates through optimized paywall designs and event tracking.

At TeamSnap, I built and managed the first cross-platform design system, ensuring scalability and cohesion across iOS, Android, and Web. I expanded the UI's versatility with a unified color palette for light and dark modes and collaborated closely with engineering by prototyping components in SwiftUI, Compose, and Web to validate new concepts.
